Standard Shipping (Germany & EU)
We ship orders using standard postal and parcel services (e.g. Deutsche Post / DHL), depending on the selected shipping method during checkout.
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are displayed during checkout and depend on:
– destination country
– shipping method
– order size / weight
No additional handling fees are charged.
International / Non-EU Shipping
For shipments to non-EU countries, customs regulations apply.
Any customs duties, import taxes or fees are not included in the purchase price and must be paid by the customer. We prepare the shipment accordingly but have no control over these charges.
Shipping is only available within the EU.
Lost or damaged shipments
If a shipment arrives damaged or gets lost in transit, please contact us immediately so we can find a solution.
